Leo XIII often wrote about human dignity as grounded in being made in God’s image. For LGBTIQ Catholics, this is more than theology. It’s our daily survival. When society or church forgets our dignity, we remember: we carry God’s image, whole and loved. And we are called to remind others of theirs.
